Heart of the South now ask all staff to complete profiling sheets, on likes, dislikes and essential things for that person, this enables us to ensure our member of staff is placed in the situation they have the most experience for and feel the most comfortable.

 

We complete profile sheets for all staff with photographs, crb no, and qualifications for providers records.

 

All our staff immediately commence induction training on employment, and all commence NVQ training at their current level, we currently have two members of staff on NVQ 4!.
